Repair details (main repair items)

  1. For rings that can be resized, we will resize them free of charge up to ±2 sizes for the first time only. Resizing more than ±2 sizes will incur a fee. In addition, there will be a fee for resizing custom-made rings (birthstone rings, etc.). When requesting resizing, please bring the ring and sales certificate to a Colette Gift store.
  2. If the chain on a necklace or bracelet is broken, we will inspect the item and provide you with a repair estimate. If the chain is broken, we will replace the chain with a new one.
  3. For repairs to loose stones, we will check our stock and provide you with a quote depending on the type of stone.
  4. For ring deformation repairs, we will provide you with an estimate after examining the condition.
  5. If you lose one earring, we will provide a quote after checking the stock of stones if the earring is designed with natural stones. Please bring the earring you own and the sales certificate when you make a request.

    Please note that depending on the condition of the product, we may not be able to repair it.

    If you live far away and visiting us is difficult, we can also repair your item by shipping it to us. Please send the item to be repaired along with the sales certificate. (In this case, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.) We will check the condition of the item and contact you. Please contact us in advance before sending the item for repair.
    We will refund you the total amount including repair fee, shipping fee, and COD fee via cash on delivery.
