Select the options and quantity from the desired product page and add it to your cart. On the "Order Confirmation" page, please confirm that your order details, customer information, shipping address, and payment method are correct. We do not accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed. After your order is complete, an order completion email will be sent to your registered email address.
If you do not receive the email after a while, please check your spam folder or check the status of your order in your order history.

[Bank transfer]
Bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
We will inform you of the total amount to be paid, so please transfer the amount within 3 days.

*Ordered items will be produced after payment is confirmed. Items with a delivery time of 2-3 weeks are

[Cash on delivery]
Cash on delivery fees will be borne by the customer.
Please pay the delivery fee to the delivery person.
The total amount to be paid will be the product price + shipping fee + cash on delivery fee (see below).

The cash on delivery fee is as follows:

Less than 10,000 yen: 330 yen
10,000 yen or more: 440 yen
30,000 yen or more: 660 yen

*We do not accept cash on delivery or bank transfer orders for custom-made products. Please select credit card payment.

We accept VISA, JCB, MasterCard, and AMEX (American Express) credit cards.
Payment is made in one lump sum the following month.

*The credit card number entry screen will be displayed after you have completed your order by clicking the "Order with the above details" button.
Please enter it there.
*You will receive an order completion email even if your credit card payment has not been completed correctly.
If your credit card payment has not been completed correctly, we will contact you.

[Shipping Fees]
The following applies to total product amounts over and under 11,000 yen (tax included).

[Product delivery time]
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, items will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
*For birthstone rings and other items that will be produced after your order is placed and payment is confirmed,

Desired delivery dates can usually be specified from one week later (with some exceptions).
If you do not specify a delivery date, we will ship your order as soon as it is ready.

If you need it urgently, please write that in the comments section when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

*Shipping operations are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
*Even if the product page says "In stock," it may take some time if we need to order it from another store.

In addition to the product price, you will be required to pay consumption tax and shipping fees.

[Regarding returns and exchanges]
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that the product is defective or different from the product you ordered due to reasons attributable to us, we ask that you contact us within three days of receiving the product.

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

Unlike artificially created materials, natural stones have different characteristics, such as uneven color and inclusions, one by one.
Due to its delicate nature, uneven grains and small chips may occur during the processing process, so please be aware that there may be some slight errors.
